Production information: Many of the items listed on this website are of custom nature and need to be manufactured after the placement of the order. The time for completion of orders varies greatly depending on complexity and workload. The customer has the option of receiving items as completed if requested.

It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any edged item. For hygeinic reasons we do not accept returns on footwear. Sale of certain items require membership in the Bujinkan, as well as letters of recommendation by a shihan. These rules are set by Japan and are not negotiable. We reserve the right to cancel sales to members of organizations we feel are less than reputable.
